"Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. The hotel is a little dated but was clean and very comfortable: room was spacious, excellent aircon (which was needed), sizeable bathroom with very good shower, comfortable bed, excellent fridge for iced water.
